"The Language of Leaves" Monday, October 5th at 6:00pm

Presenter
Willamina Coroka NH Audubon Society
Location
Old Town Hall
Description
Few can argue that there is anywhere more beautiful than New England in the autumn. How lucky are we to experience such idyllic fall feels: Why is it that maples, oaks, and aspens (to name a few) put on this stunning show? Come discover the not-so-secret science behind fall foliage as we tap into a Bit of Basic Botany before experimenting with pigments as we learn about and try to replicate, the colorful language of leaves.
