  • Sense of Community

    • We are dedicated to serving our community. As a member, you would have the opportunity:
    • To participate in the civic beautification projects we have within the Town of Bow during the spring and summer months,
    • To assist with our annual collection of new pajamas and nature-related books for needy children in the Fall and
    • To work at our greens workshop making fresh green swags and decorating balsam wreaths for all the town buildings, gazebo and signposts in the winter.
    • Club Volunteers work with White Rock residents to craft items in the Older Adult Enrichment Program.
    • Our organization awards an annual scholarship to a Bow senior interested in any form of study involving the environment or horticulture and gives an annual donation to Bow’s Human Services Department. We also enjoy working with other community organizations toward common goals.
  • Friendship

Our Bow Garden Club membership is open to both men and women from the area at every skill level--from novice to expert. Everyone has something to contribute and we can always learn from each other and have fun in the process!
  • Educational Programs

We offer free educational programs at each of our membership meetings—programs on container gardening, vegetable gardening, annual and perennial plantings, horticulture, basic landscaping, flower arranging, birds & butterflies, water conservation and more.
